Our firm focuses solely on education and disability rights within the school system.

We work with families who are trying to make sense of evaluations, services, accommodations, or disciplinary actions and want clear, informed support. We take the time to understand each student’s needs, communicate directly and consistently, and provide guidance that is both practical and grounded in experience.

Our mission is to ensure that every student receives the support, access, and protections they are entitled to under the law—and that families have a knowledgeable advocate by their side throughout the process.

Grace Kim’s commitment to this work is shaped by her own experience as the parent of a child with disabilities. Navigating evaluations, services, and school systems firsthand gave her a deep understanding of the challenges families face. This experience led her to refocus her legal career on representing families of children with disabilities and advocating for their educational rights.
